spring cloud ribbon负载均衡环境搭建

1. spring cloud 负载均衡，首先就要想到spring cloud 家族的中一些框架，本次负载均衡的搭建主要依赖eureka来实现，这个也不是必须的，可以根据自己的需要来，自己配置地址也行

首先配置一个服务注册中心：对应的pom.xml如下

this.restTemplate.getForObject("http://serviceA/user/" + id,String.class);这一块restTemplate 就是负载均衡的实现，可以根据自己的需求修改， serviceA这个就可以根据注册的服务名获取，这地方你可以写自己的地址
