这个错误已经不是第一次遇到，这次就硬将Vs2008的UserData重设。再重新配置团队管理工具连接，也就是工作区。就好啦

解决方法就是下面
Try the following steps to resolve the issue:
1. 运行里面输入cmd
2. 来到你的Vs 9的安装所在目录:
"%programfiles%\Microsoft Visual Studio 9\Common7\IDE\"
3. 在输入下面的命令:
devenv.exe /resetuserdata
就 OK
