Spring运行报错Unable to locate Spring NamespaceHandler for XML schema
大前提:本地调试程序可正常调试
程序打包后，放在服务器上执行，提示 Unable to locate Spring NamespaceHandler for XML schema [http://www.springframework.org/schema/context]

<dependency> <groupId>org.springframework</groupId> <artifactId>spring-context</artifactId> <version>${spring.version}</version> </dependency>查看本地MAVEN包 spring-context-3.2.5.RELEASE-sources.jar ，jar也存在。 解压缩 打成的包，spring-context-3.2.5.RELEASE-sources.jar 也已正常打入。
查看spring-context-3.2.5.RELEASE-sources.jar META-INF 中 spring.schemas 文件，也有 http://www.springframework.org/schema/context/spring-context-3.1.xsd=org/springframework/context/config/spring-context-3.1.xsd

http\://www.springframework.org/schema/tx/spring-tx-2.0.xsd=org/springframework/transaction/config/spring-tx-2.0.xsd http\://www.springframework.org/schema/tx/spring-tx-2.5.xsd=org/springframework/transaction/config/spring-tx-2.5.xsd http\://www.springframework.org/schema/tx/spring-tx-3.0.xsd=org/springframework/transaction/config/spring-tx-3.0.xsd http\://www.springframework.org/schema/tx/spring-tx-3.1.xsd=org/springframework/transaction/config/spring-tx-3.1.xsd http\://www.springframework.org/schema/tx/spring-tx.xsd=org/springframework/transaction/config/spring-tx-3.1.xsd经分析，该问题是由于使用的打包方式不合适造成的， 打包的时候采用Export->Runnable JAR file 选择的Extract required libraries into genreated JAR 即将所有文件打包到一个jar文件中， 此种打包方式，造成了 META-INF 下 spring.schemas 文件 的多次覆盖写入（即因引用的Spring 包都存在该文件，会重复覆盖写入，造成最后写入的是内容较少的一个jar）
更换打包方式，选用Copy required libraries into a sub-folder next to the genreated JAR 即将所有的引用包，放在一个统一的文件夹内，打完包后在服务器运行，可正常执行。
