正常的访问地址是：localhost/项目名/index.php/Admin/Index/index
模块分组之后呢：localhost/项目名/index.php/Admin/System/Index/index
需要配置如下：
(1)控制器中引入命名空间 namespace Home\Controller\System;
CONTROLLER_LEVE = 1 改成 等于 2
